Welcome to the first annual Peak Leaf Music & Brewers Festival!
Join us on Saturday, October 20th, 2018 for a day of live music, local brews, local merchants, local food trucks, and camping; all for a great cause.
9:00 AM – Main gate open for campers.
10:30 AM – Main gate open for day parking.
11:30 AM – Festival site gate opens.
12:00 PM – Beer tasting begins. Merchants and food vendors open. Beer now available for purchase at select PLMBF tents.
2:00 PM – 2:45 PM – Live Music – David Sickmen of Hackensaw Boys
3:15 PM – 4:15 PM – Live Music – The Trainjumpers
4:45 PM – 6:00 PM – Live Music – The Drunken Hearts
6:30 PM – Live Music – Yarn
7:00 PM – Beer sales end.
8:00 PM – Live music ends.

What is Peak Leaf Music & Brewers Festival?
PLMBF is a one day festival which includes LIVE music, LOCAL brews, food, and merch, plus camping, all for a great cause. PLMBF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and a portion of the proceeds will go towards providing schools meals for underserved students in Frederick County area.

Where is the PLMBF?
Corner of State Rt. 634 and Rt. 11, Middletown, VA 22645
From I-81: Head west on Reliance Rd. Turn right onto Route 11. Go .2 miles, turn left on State Route 634 (Cougill Rd). Festival is on your right.
What do I get with my festival ticket?
What do I need to bring?
If you intend to purchase a tasting ticket for the PLMBF, you and all recipients of said tickets must possess a valid government issued picture ID which will be checked at the gate. If you do not bring a valid picture ID, you will be given a designated driver ticket, even if you have already paid for the tasting ticket. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR PAY OUT THE DIFFERENCE. Your wrist will be banded at the gate according to the type of ticket you have purchased. No beer will be given or sold to anyone without the correct type of wristband and tasting glass.
What can I bring to PLMBF field?
You may bring the following items for your personal comfort:
Lawn / camp chairs
Cameras (Photograph, NOT video)
Pop-up tents (must be securely staked into the ground and kept within the designated area)
SEALED non alcoholic beverages ONLY.
Be sure to refill your plastic bottles at the water station.
What CAN’T I bring to PLMBF field?
Pets other than service animals
Firearms, Knives or any other weapons
Glass Containers of any kind!!!!
Mugs, Cups, Thermoses or any other open drinking vessel
Any Alcoholic Beverages
Will there be food vendors?
Yes, there will several local food trucks including Shaffer’s BBQ, Sexi-Mexi, and Texas Trey’s Barnburner Salsa!
Where’s the smoking section?
PLMBF will have a designated smoking section. Please respect the farm and others by only smoking in the specified area.
Its FREE. On site. We strongly recommend all participants to have a designated driver with them. There is no charge to leave your vehicle overnight with us. Camping is another great option to consider!
What time should I show up?
The campsite opens at 9:00 AM. Day parking opens at 10:30 AM. The festival field will open at 11:30 AM.
When will beer be available to purchase?
A varying number and variety of craft beers will be on sale at 12:00 PM. Purchase your beer tickets from the PLMBF beer ticket tent, then redeem them at the PLMBF beer tent. Anyone with a “Tasting” or “Music Only” wrist band may purchase beer.
I’m planning on camping- can I keep my car near my tent?
Vehicles are not allowed in the campground due to safety and space concerns. You will unload your gear and then park in the designated parking area near the campground.
I have one tent but 10 people – how many camping reservations should I purchase?
You should purchase one reservation per tent / camper trailer / RV.
If I buy a camping reservation does this include festival admission?
No. You must purchase both.
If I buy a festival ticket does that include camping?
No. You must purchase both.
Can I camp for the weekend and not go to the festival?
What time should I arrive Saturday if I’m setting up camp?
You can arrive Saturday morning as early as 9:00 AM to set up camp. The gates open to the festival field at 11:30 AM.
Please be sure to make plans to camp or find a SAFE SOBER ride home.
PLMBF is a rain or shine event and refunds will not be issued due to weather.
All ticket sales are final and refunds will not be issued.
